Our mission

Practical help that supports stronger, healthier lives.

Assisting Veterans Needs supports veterans and their families in addressing practical challenges and a broad range of everyday needs.

Our goal is simple but meaningful: to help improve well-being and quality of life by listening carefully, understanding each situation, and helping identify an appropriate path forward whenever possible.

“Veterans served our country. We are here to stand beside them and their families when practical needs arise.”

How we help

Support shaped around real needs

Needs differ from one veteran or family to another. We begin with the individual situation rather than a one-size-fits-all program.

Practical Needs

We listen to the immediate concern and work to understand the practical challenge affecting the veteran or family.

Family-Centered Support

We recognize that a veteran’s well-being can be closely connected to the stability of spouses, children, and family members.

Resource Connections

When appropriate resources exist, we may help identify relevant community services and next steps for the situation presented.

Every request begins with a conversation.

Availability and the type of support that may be offered depend on the circumstances and current organizational capacity. Contact us to discuss a need.
